Eberle Winery
|
Gary Eberle opened the doors to his own Eberle Winery with the premiere of Eberle’s
1979 Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, Eberle handcrafts 25,000 cases of wine each year
from surrounding Estate vineyards. After more than 25 years since the release of
the Eberle label, the winery consistently remains one of the highest award-winning
wineries in the United States.
The redwood building that houses the Winery and Tasting Room was built to be a natural
extension of the

vineyard and surrounding countryside. Today, they have expanded to 16,000 square
feet of underground caves located below the winery that create the perfect place
to age every bottle of wine.

Meridian Vineyards

Sample their exclusive ‘tasting room only’ wines. While you are visiting, enjoy
the spectacular vineyard views and relax in the beautiful garden oasis. Meridian’s
tasting room boasts weekly wine & merchandise specials, catered picnic lunches,
and wine & cheese or wine & chocolate pairings. It is also a lovely spot
for special events such as weddings.

Firestone Vineyards

This Paso Robles winery, which opened in early 2007, occupies an 8.5-acre estate
at the corner of Highway 46 East and Airport Road. The winery features a tasting
room, barrel cellar, demonstration vineyard, patio and terraced gardens with picnic
accommodations. The tasting area features an island bar and a balcony overlooking
the barrel room. Sample our Paso Robles-grown Bordeaux varietals, including Cabernet
Sauvignon and Merlot in addition to our classic white wines from Santa Barbara County.
