Central Coast Railroad Festival

Location:Southern Pacific Railroad  Time:12:30 p.m.
These rail journeys on the Cuesta Grade will allow riders to experience one of the most historical and scenic sections of the coasta line. Passenger service has been available on this section of tracks since the Southern Pacific Railroad completed them in 1894. The Excursions will also include railroad history and visits to rail themed wineries.

Though Le Vigne has carried gourmet cheeses since their opening in 1995, it was not until 10 years later that their Cheese Lady, Zina Miakinkova joined the team. With this perfect relationship Zina started the now  famous cheese and wine pairing program at the winery that has grown into a thriving Wine and Cheese club . Zina is highly regarded in the Paso Robles area as an authority on cheese and has worked with many of the wineries in the area to develop their own wine and cheese parings tailored to their own wines. Zina’s enthusiasm for wine and cheese continues.
