«Return to Blog List Our Guests had a Blast at Vintage Paso Weekend!

Our guests were glowing this past weekend from adventures out in the Paso Robles sunshine enjoying one of the largest festivals in the area, Vintage Paso.

After climbing out of the comfort of our new bedding we have replaced in all of our spacious rooms, happy wine lovers started the weekend off on Friday where many wineries were hosting live music and winemaker dinners.

Tooth and Nail Winery (formerly Eagle Castle) had live music from the Matt Cross band featuring 1960-70’s music with ‘Outta Sight’ burgers paired with their ‘Force of Nature’ Zinfandel. Cass Winery had a delicious winemaker dinner with rack of lamb paired with their Paderewski Zinfandel.

On Saturday guests could enjoy a sold out Zinfandel seminar where wineries Brochelle, J Dusi, Peachy Canyon, Pomar Junction, Tobin James and Turley Wine Cellars educated the class about the ins and outs of Zinfandel, the grapes, the process, tasting and pairing.

Following their class they could explore wine country taking in our newly green hills from Spring rains and the fresh breeze off of our coastal beaches not too far away. Denner winery held their own reserve tasting classes with their wine maker where wine tasters got to try limited and reserve wines while learning everything about Denner’s process. The lucky attendees where the only ones able to purchase those wines with exclusive privilege! Several wineries offered fresh local food, great music, case specials and theme centered parties. After so much excitement many of our guests happily returned to get refreshed by our beautiful pool or snuggle down for the night.

Sunday brought guests into the final day of the festival where wineries offered a wind down day such as Rangeland Wines did with a relaxing day at their ranch eating a lunch of grass-fed BBQ lamb and beef sliders, sipping on wines such as their dry farmed Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, GSM, Bordeaux blends and a tour of the vineyards and countryside. A great way to end a fun weekend.

Don’t forget our amazing special for Easter Weekend as well where you can stay at Adelaide Inn for FREE! Our family would like to invite you for a complimentary night on April 5th when you stay in one of our spacious Double Queen or Executive King guest rooms for two other consecutive nights at regular rate. Treat your family to an extended getaway of wine tasting, dining, and unwinding on California’s scenic Central Coast.
